Leadership
St. Ignatius Community Services is governed by a board of directors who govern and oversee the organization's operations. The board is responsible for setting the organization's mission, vision and values as well as its strategy and goals, ensuring that the organization operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Mr. Terry Schweizer
President
As President of St. Ignatius Community Services Terry also serves as the President of Felician Services, Inc. and the St. Clare Foundation also sponsored ministries of the Felician Sisters. Terry brings 40 years of corporate and ministry experience.

SM Aquinas Szott, CSSF
Executive Liaison
Sr. M Aquinas is a member of the Felician Sisters Congregation with years of experience in higher education. She is a NJ licensed psychologist with a Ph.D from Seton Hall University and is a certified school psychologist and teacher. Sister Aquinas served on the Board of St. Ignatius Nursing Home for many years and brings a historical knowledge of the nursing home and community that will aid in the mission of St. Ignatius Community Services.
Sister Aquinas, as executive liaison will work to give structure to the ministry and its programs, foster collaborative relationships with community partners and cultivate a Felician core values-driven approach to bridge service gaps for the elderly in western Philadelphia.

Mr. Nick Long
Secretary/Treasurer
Nick Long joined Felician Services in March 2023. Nick comes to Felician Services with extensive experience in non-profit financial management with many years working with higher education and academic medical center institutions.

SM Geralyn Mroczkowski, CSSF
Board Member
SM Geralyn is the CEO of Felician Services, Inc. Between 2009 to 2021, SM Geralyn served as a Councilor on the Province Leadership Team, Our Lady of Hope Province. Additionally, SM Geralyn has served in multiple roles in Catholic education ministries.

Mr. Chet Jackson
Board Member
Chet Jackson joined Felician Services in June 2022 as the Managing Director for Real Estate and Ministry Development. He is a dedicated and skilled Community Development professional. Chet has developed Affordable Housing and Economic Development opportunities for underserved families and communities.. Chet holds an MBA with a concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Phil Azar
Board Member
Phil Azar graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in June, 1967. He then graduated with a J.D. degree from Tulane University in 1971, followed by an LLM in Taxation from Washington University, St. Louis.
Phil served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harlington Wood, Jr. Federal District Judge for the Central Illinois District Court, Springfield IL, for two years between his graduation from Tulane and entrance into the Washington University School of Law.
Phil represented the Felician Sisters, Chicago Province as outside legal counsel from 1978 until 2001 and served the Felician Sisters again as General Legal Counsel for Felician Services Inc., from 2011 to 2021.
